We are looking for a growth marketing intern who is starting their journey in the field of Growth, Strategy or Marketing and is looking to explore this segment in depth. As a growth marketing intern at Truemeds, you will work closely with the marketing & revenue team & will play a critical role in the inception of new avenues of growth by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be research backed, number oriented, and a eye for detail.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with planning and execution of new marketing initiatives and engines for customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Product) and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and launch.
  • Conduct user persona & ground level research, incorporating insights into marketing materials
  • Assist in analysing marketing campaign performance data and identify areas for Improvement, monitoring metrics and growing new channels and partners.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate launch progress and results keeping key stakeholders aligned.
  • Support with creating and managing marketing assets (e.g., landing pages, email Campaigns, creatives)
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (BTech, Marketing, Business

Administration, or related field) or Fresh Graduate

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with user persona development and application
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Advanced Excel / Tableau)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
