About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, decision-ready insights. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on solving business problems using data and enabling data-driven decision-making in a high-growth environment.

What Will You Do?

• Own analytics for assigned business or product domains

• Define, track, and analyze key business KPIs

• Perform deep-dive and root-cause analyses

• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots)

• Build dashboards and automated reports

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams in a work-from-office setup

• Present insights to stakeholders and leadership
