As a Graphic Designer at Truemeds, you’ll create compelling visuals across performance marketing, CRM, and digital campaigns, from ads and lifecycle communication creatives to marketing assets seen by millions of users.

You’ll work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate insights into visuals that are not only engaging but designed to perform. Along the way, you’ll also contribute to larger brand initiatives-including campaigns featuring Paresh Rawal as the face of Truemeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-performing marketing creatives for performance campaigns and digital ads

• Create visuals for CRM channels including push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and in-app communication

• Develop marketing assets across campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle communication

• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling

• Apply strong layout, typography, and design hierarchy to improve engagement and clarity

• Use data insights and campaign feedback to refine creative performance

• Contribute to concepts across ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, and brand initiatives

• Explore and use AI-assisted design tools to improve speed, experimentation, and creative output

• Agile in incorporating feedback and iterations to consistently exceed stakeholder expectations

Requirements

3+ years of experience in graphic design within a B2C, D2C, or consumer internet company

• Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing creatives, ads, and marketing assets

• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to design creatives that are both visually compelling and conversion-focused

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with high-volume creative output

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns or CRM communication

• Familiarity with AI design tools(Sora AI,Luma AI,Syntesia) and workflows to scale creative production

• Basic motion or video editing skills for short-form marketing content

• Understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing formats

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
