What You’ll Do:

● Own and scale digital acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, affiliates, and

programmatic channels for a key business segment.

● Define strategy, manage budgets, and drive execution with agency partners.

● Deliver user growth targets by acquiring high-LTV users while optimizing CAC, AOV, and

overall efficiency.

● Build and manage attribution models, multi-channel tracking, and performance reporting

frameworks to measure ROI.

● Drive continuous experimentation (A/B testing, new formats, platforms) to improve

marketing effectiveness.

● Collaborate with the creative team to produce and test high-performing assets (statics,

videos, GIFs).

● Partner with Tech, Product, and Strategy teams to implement changes that improve channel

performance; create clear BRDs where needed.

● Analyze data deeply to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

● Manage campaign reporting, ensuring clear communication of performance to stakeholders.

● Leverage tools like GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, and Singular to track, analyze, and optimize key

metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention).

What You Bring

● Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6+ years in performance marketing, preferably for

mobile-first consumer brands or apps.

● Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Google

Analytics, and MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase).

● Proven track record of scaling user acquisition while maintaining efficiency metrics.

● Solid understanding of performance marketing, campaign structures, attribution, and

consumer behavior.

● Familiarity with full-funnel app marketing, key metrics, and how MMP systems operate.

● Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.

● Agency experience is a plus.

Good to Have

● Experience with Apple Search Ads, YouTube, or programmatic channels.

● Understanding of attribution models (including SKAN) and data-driven attribution.

● Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools like Looker, Power BI.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
