Role: Performance Marketing Manager – App Campaigns

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven performance marketer to own and scale our app acquisition

campaigns on Google App Campaigns and Meta App Ads. You'll manage budgets, run experiments, and

work closely with creative and tech teams to drive high-quality user growth efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta App Ads

• Manage budgets and optimize toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV targets

• Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives (statics & videos) and audience segments

• Build and manage performance reporting using AppsFlyer and GA4

• Partner with creative, product, and tech teams to improve campaign performance end-to-end

• Derive actionable insights from data to continuously improve efficiency

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically on Google App

Campaigns and Meta App Ads

• Strong grasp of app marketing metrics — installs, CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV

• Experience with MMP tools (AppsFlyer & Firebase) and attribution fundamentals

• Analytical mindset — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, GA4, and performance dashboards

• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency

• Experience managing agency partners and driving execution

Good to Have

• Familiarity with SKAN and data-driven attribution

• Exposure to Apple Search Ads and affiliate channels

• Experience with Mixpanel

• Prior agency experience
