Truemeds is looking for an energetic and execution-focused HRBP to support warehouse operations and workforce management at the Patna location. The role requires close coordination with warehouse teams, operations managers, and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, manpower planning, employee engagement, and compliance management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities for warehouse employees and operations staff
  • Handle hiring and recruitment for warehouse associates, picker-packers and support staff
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation and joining formalities
  • Handle employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and workforce data accurately
  • Manage PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory compliance processes
  • Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for statutory submissions and employee records
  • Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities including resignation handling, clearance process, and full & final settlement coordination.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth people management on the warehouse floor
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace discipline
  • Manage employee exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination and clearance process
  • Support PMS (Performance Management System) activities and employee performance tracking
  • Coordinate with warehouse managers and stakeholders for manpower planning and operational requirements
  • Maintain HR MIS, reports, trackers and attendance records
  • Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies and vendors whenever required

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (Preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations or HR Generalist role
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations-driven environment preferred
  • Willingness to Travel whenever required

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of warehouse or operations workforce management
  • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, statutory compliance and payroll coordination
  • Experience in attendance management, leave management, onboarding and exit processes
  • Understanding of PMS and employee performance processes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and people-handling skills
  • Good MS Excel and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of HRMS software and HR operations systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and operational environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations-driven environment preferred
