At Truemeds, you will work with a team of 400+ doctors and help improve the way our doctor

operations function every day.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, smart, and problem-solving individual to join our medical

team and help manage the doctor side of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with doctors, understand the full

doctor journey, and help build strong systems, processes, and growth plans.

You will work with experienced doctors, including fellows and other medical professionals,

and help improve the end-to-end doctor journey from onboarding to operations, training,

compliance, quality, and growth.

What You Will Work On

● Managing and improving the doctor journey end to end

● Working with our 400+ doctor panel

● Solving day-to-day issues in doctor operations

● Supporting doctor hiring, training, and onboarding

● Helping build better processes, systems, and databases

● Working on medical compliance with the doctor team

● Analyzing doctor performance and operational data

● Supporting growth strategies for the doctor function

● Helping improve quality, efficiency, and scale

Who We Are Looking For

MBBS/ BDS / BAMS / BHMS candidates

● Strong medical knowledge

● Good hands-on understanding of operations

● Someone who can think clearly and solve problems

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

Prior experience in medical operations, clinical operations, telemedicine, or doctor

coordination

Experience in training, audits, quality checks, or process management

We are also open to freshers or candidates from similar backgrounds who are sharp,

motivated, and ready to learn.
