Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 40–50 telesales executives to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target accomplishment.
  • Monitor individual and team productivity, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.
  • Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.
  • Provide real-time on-floor support and guidance to improve conversion rates and sales closures.
  • Assign and distribute daily leads to agents and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports as required.
  • Maintain high levels of team discipline, motivation, and adherence to company processes.
  • About 80% team management and operations and 20% direct calling/sales activity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a target-driven telesales or sales environment.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as team lead sales
  • Strong sales knowledge and operations experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and take corrective actions to improve performance.
  • 6-day working week with a rotational weekly off.
