Job Title: Inbound Warehouse Manager

Department: Supply Chain / Mother Hub Operations

Reports To: Director Operations- Mother Hub

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Inbound Manager manages the daily receipt, inspection, and inventory staging of pharmaceutical raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and finished goods. This role guarantees that all inbound operations align with strict healthcare regulatory protocols, ensuring product safety, quality, and complete tracking from delivery to storage

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Operational Leadership: Oversee the safe unloading, verifying, and staging of all incoming materials, ensuring seamless team communication across shifts.

● Cold Chain Management: Monitor and log temperature-sensitive arrivals, immediately reporting any deviations or excursions to the Quality Assurance team.

● System Reconciliation: Review shipping manifests, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and purchase orders to log items accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

● Quarantine Control: Isolate and flag damaged, unverified, or non-compliant

materials in designated quarantine zones until formal regulatory clearance is provided.

● Inventory & Space Strategy: Coordinate the strategic placement of approved goods using First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) routing logic.

● Audit Readiness: Maintain comprehensive documentation for regular internal, client, and government safety and process audits.

● Staff Development: Conduct safety training, performance evaluations, and specialized standard operating procedure (SOP) reviews for the warehouse crew.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse management experience

● Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency running modern Warehouse Management

Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (such as SAP or Oracle).

● Competencies: Exceptional eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills under

pressure, and proven leadership capability.

● MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges.
