About the Role
Truemeds is looking to hire highly driven individuals who can own end-to-end strategic initiatives and their implementation. This team holds a critical position within the company and works on some of the organization's largest and highest-impact projects, spanning both strategy and execution.
What Can You Expect to Work On?
- Strategy, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Optimization, Growth Projects & Finance – You'll wear multiple hats and work across diverse business functions, managing high-impact initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business with one common objective in mind—improving customer delight and experience. This includes initiating and executing end-to-end strategic partnerships for growth and value optimization.
- Understand and prioritize the company's key business challenges, and design strategic initiatives to improve critical business KPIs such as unit economics, customer retention, repeat business, and profitability.
- Brainstorm, evaluate, and build new lines of business as Truemeds expands beyond its core offerings.

We Would Love to Chat If You Have / Are
- 3–5 years of post-MBA experience across Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), or high-growth startups.
- A strategic thinker who can critically evaluate ideas, collaborate effectively, make informed decisions, and drive execution to closure.
- Entrepreneurial in spirit, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to get things done.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and derive meaningful business insights.
- A mindset of making every day count and continuously striving to create impact.

Preferred Profile
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, TISS, or equivalent premier institutes).
- Graduated in 2021 or 2022.
- Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, or similar strategy consulting firms.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup after consulting, with exposure to Strategy, Business Operations, Growth, Analytics, or Founder's Office roles will be strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using structured thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
