Performance Marketing Manager – App Campaigns

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our app acquisition campaigns on Google App Campaigns and Meta App Ads. You'll manage budgets, run experiments, and work closely with creative and tech teams to drive high-quality user growth efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta App Ads.
• Manage budgets and optimize toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV targets.
• Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives (static & video) and audience segments.
• Build and manage performance reporting using AppsFlyer and GA4.
• Partner with creative, product, and tech teams to improve campaign performance end-to-end.
• Derive actionable insights from data to continuously improve campaign efficiency.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically on Google App Campaigns and Meta App Ads.
• Strong understanding of app marketing metrics, including installs, CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer and Firebase, along with a solid understanding of attribution fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and performance dashboards.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency.
• Experience managing agency partners and driving execution.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and data-driven attribution.
• Exposure to Apple Search Ads and affiliate marketing channels.
• Experience using Mixpanel.
• Prior agency experience.
