We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner (Team Lead) who thrives in fast-growing, high-change startup environments. This role sits between upper and middle management: you will lead our HR team, partner closely with department heads and team leads, and play a key role in shaping the organization as we scale.

What You’ll Do
People & Organizational Development
- Own organizational development initiatives and lead them end-to-end.
- Conduct organizational reviews and drive development plans across teams.
- Build and maintain scalable people processes and strong HR infrastructure that support rapid organizational growth.
- Partner with all department leads and team leads to understand organizational needs and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Maintain clear ownership over HR projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure data-driven HR decision-making using structured frameworks.
Talent Management & Career Development
- Build and own the full talent management framework: evaluation cycles, development plans, competency frameworks, career ladders, and internal pipelines.
- Identify skill gaps and succession risks, and develop tailored solutions.
- Support and coach managers in performance evaluation, feedback, and career growth.
- Drive hiring planning together with leadership and own recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Finance on compensation strategy and annual reviews.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a 3-person HR team (HR ops-admin, Recruitment and Office & Facility), enabling them to grow.
- Coach team leads across the organization, helping them become stronger people managers.
- Bring stability, structure, and clarity to a rapidly evolving environment.
Culture & Hybrid Work
- Develop a strong, cohesive, hybrid work environment for an international team.
- Strengthen and scale company culture through programs, rituals, and systems.
- Act as a cultural ambassador and ensure alignment across all teams
What You Bring
- Proven experience in HR leadership as a HRBP/Lead, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Strong background in organizational development, culture building, and talent management.
- Ability to bring structure into ambiguous or chaotic environments.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and leading cross-functional HR initiatives.
- A strategic mindset combined with operational execution strength.
- Experience designing hybrid work environments and scaling international teams.
- Coaching and mentoring skills; ability to grow future leaders.
- No industry-specific background required — we value adaptability and mindset.
- Fluent Hungarian and professional English.
