Marketing Associate

Join our team as a Marketing Associate and help us understand and tackle cancer!
You will join Turbine’s small, highly effective commercial team, focusing on the hands-on execution and delivery of marketing and communication activities across channels and geographies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational excellence, content production, and data-driven marketing execution, and who wants to see their work directly contribute to company growth and visibility.
What you will do
Content production and delivery
- Create or manage the production and delivery of content, including:
- Website content, blog posts, publications, and whitepapers
- Social media content and campaigns
- Scientific and public-facing materials
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency with Turbine’s brand and tone
- Coordinate with external contributors (designers, writers, agencies) when needed
Conferences and events support
- Support conference and event marketing activities from preparation to delivery
- Coordinate production of event-related assets (posters, brochures, visuals)
- Assist with conference identification, preparation, and follow-up marketing activities
Brand, design, employer branding and project management
- Ensure consistent branding, visuals, and design quality across all marketing materials
- Create and edit presentations and assets using PowerPoint and Canva
- Contribute to marketing collateral and branded merchandise
- Support employer branding initiatives through content, visuals, and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality outputs
Execution & Analysis
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
- Maintain and update marketing assets, content libraries, and materials
- Support website updates and background operational marketing work
- Track and monitor campaign and content performance, contributing insights for optimization
- Work with CRM and analytics tools to support structured, measurable marketing execution
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
- Experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, research, or health-tech is highly valued but not required
Skills & Capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong hands-on skills in PowerPoint and Canva
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking
- CRM literacy (e.g. HubSpot or similar tools) is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated data-driven mindset: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and performance insights
