The Role:

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to own and drive the full design strategy for our technology platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the product’s user experience and visual language across all touchpoints. You'll work closely with Product Management and R&D teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design vision and execution across the entire platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to define and prioritize design requirements.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Research and leverage AI tools or frameworks to enhance user experiences, with a forward-thinking approach to integrating AI-driven features into product design.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and brand identity. Work with leadership from time-to-time on marketing and brand materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Proven experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and aesthetic skills.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices.
  • Optional: experience in fintech, compliance, enterprise SaaS, or related sectors is a plus.
