The Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to shape the user experience of a highly secure, data-rich platform from the ground up. You'll join a small, elite engineering team and work closely with design, product, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and powerful interfaces for Tweed’s next-generation compliance system.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core frontend components for our compliance platform using modern frameworks like React and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex data and workflows into elegant, user-friendly interfaces
• Implement secure, performant, and accessible UI across the platform
• Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth coordination with backend systems
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and frontend architecture
• Help shape a frontend culture of performance, quality, and rapid iteration

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend experience (React + TypeScript preferred)
• Strong product intuition and ability to work closely with design teams
• Experience building responsive, component-based web applications
• Proficiency in integrating with APIs and managing application state
• Familiarity with frontend performance monitoring and observability tools
• A strong sense of ownership and focus on user experience
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, data-heavy products, or security-focused UI
