Your Mission
Your mission: You as a Sales and Partner Enablement Lead will develop and execute a sales enablement strategy for direct and channel sales. You will have the opportunity to directly influence time to productivity with the rollout of world-class learning and enablement programs that help our team to successfully position the unique value UiPath provides to customers.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Strategic Alignment: Translating business priorities into structured enablement programs that enhance seller effectiveness by creating and executing with the internal teams together on agreed programs
- Content Distribution & Training: Curating, delivering, and reinforcing enablement materials, sales and partner and partner plays, and workshops that drive adoption and execution excellence
- Working with the content team to defined basis the feedback from the field specific needs and revert with solutions
- Performance Measurement & Impact Analysis: Defining and tracking KPIs to assess enablement effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on data-driven insights
- Collaboration & Communication: Acting as the bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure enablement initiatives are cohesive, actionable, and aligned with go-to-market strategies

What you'll bring to the team
- Proven experience in sales and partner and partner enablement or a related role within a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Strong understanding of regional business dynamics and the ability to translate strategy into actionable enablement plans and the plans into deliverables that are being tracked to completion
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively between global and regional priorities and demands
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences – this needs to be driven at CXO level as well as with the operational teams / people on the ground
- Proficiency in enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Highspot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a passion for driving measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global organization with a focus on regional markets
- Familiarity with sales and partner and partnerprocesses, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
