Your mission

Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues encountered by our customers, mentoring team members, and creating comprehensive documentation to drive knowledge sharing across global support teams. Leveraging your deep knowledge of UiPath technologies, programming languages (e.g., C++, .Net, Java, Python, SQL), and infrastructure, you will collaborate with engineering and support teams to debug, triage, and develop solutions for complex problems.

  • Handles ERs and Customer Facing Cases when necessary

  • Builds Documentation

Mentoring & Leadership

  • Serves as technical mentor for PSEII or Sr. PSE

  • Models company values

Engineering Engagement

  • Works with SWE on debugging, triaging issues, finding workarounds etc.

Supportability Engagement

  • Participation in new product onboarding on respective product component & diversify the knowledge to the Global Product support team

KPIs

  • Adheres to Resolution Times

  • Delivers documentation/projects on time

  • CSAT of Escalated cases

What you'll bring to the team

RPA / Industry Knowledge

  • RPA knowledge required, solid knowledge in one or more areas (ie: Windows/Linux)

  • C/C++ or .Net or Java, VB, Python, SQL or node based programming and debugging,

  • Intermediary knowledge of infrastructure

  • Troubleshooting tools: Sys internals & network protocol analyzers

Education & Certification

  • 3+ years UiPath or RPA Support, Advanced UiPath Certifications, Industry Certifications, advanced Computer Science degree (Master's or PhD) would be added advantage

  • 10+ years of experience in support, software services, and/or system administration for a large end-user community
