Your mission

As a GTM System Solutions Engineer, you will drive scalable, efficient solutions across Salesforce and other Go-to-Market (GTM) systems (eg Outreach, Zoominfo, Certinia, Quip) .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for someone with Advanced Apex, LWC and API integrations background. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable systems that drive end-to-end sales and revenue operations.

What you'll do at UiPath:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements

  • Identify gaps in GTM systems and recommend process improvements

  • Understand all the business processes in the existing Salesforce implementation including integrations with other applications

  • Analyse requirements and architecture vision to propose solutions for complex business challenges

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ and integrations with other GTM systems

  • Build and maintain solution design documents, ensuring alignment with best practices

  • Perform hands-on declarative configurations and development and oversee technical implementations

  • Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance for Salesforce development, including code reviews, CI/CD pipeline setup, and release management

  • Proactively work on Proof of Concepts to showcase any feature/functionality / possibility in Salesforce to fulfil any business requirement or increase business productivity

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and explore new Salesforce features

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 6+ years hands-on experience using Salesforce

  • Proficiency in building solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (CPQ is a must)

  • Experience working with GTM tech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and billing platforms

  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, ability to design scalable solutions utilizing industry best practice

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), flows, triggers, and API integrations

  • Skills at defining and documenting business processes and requirements for ongoing system improvement initiatives and translate them into technical solutions

  • Experience in executing gap analysis and requirements traceability matrices

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborates well with multi-functional teams

  • Ablility to work autonomously with minimal guidance

  • Familiarity with the AI industry and its unique GTM challenges is a plus.
