UiPathでの仕事内容

• アカウントおよびチャネル・マネージャー・チームと連携し、タイムリーな更新を確保し、解約を最小限に抑える。

• 更新の決定に影響を与える可能性のある異議や問題に積極的に対処する。

• リニューアルの話し合いを補完する追加サービスや機能を強調する

• 顧客の利用状況や目標を分析し、アップセルやクロスセルの機会を特定、追求する。

• アカウントマネージャーおよび流通部門と協働する。チャネルチームと協働し、既存アカウントに新たな収益源を発見する。

• 顧客に合わせた販売キャンペーンを展開し、製品の普及と価値の拡大を図る。

• 既存顧客からの収益貢献を予測し、予測可能なパイプラインを維持する。

• 販売サイクルをよりシンプルにするため、更新とインストールベースのアップ＆クロスセルを自社で行う - 地域ごとに階層モデルを定義する（T1ではAEが25％関与、T2およびT3アカウントではAEが更新管理に関与するのは最低限からゼロまで）。

• アカウント・エグゼクティブと連携し、既存顧客の開拓とパイプライン創出を担当

• テリトリーのiARRとリテンション率の目標達成を確実にするため、アカウントマネージャーや他部門との強力な協力体制を構築する。

• 複雑な契約更新において、契約構成要素や更新時期などの調整を支援する。

• 他部門と緊密に連携し、組織全体の整合性と効果的なコミュニケーションを確保する。複数の機能（DH、CS、SE、財務、法務）間の連絡役。
