Your mission

How would you like to join a team that plays a critical role in driving business success? Our procurement function ensures the seamless acquisition of products, goods, and services essential for operations. From identifying and screening potential suppliers to negotiating favorable terms, procurement is at the heart of delivering value and efficiency. This team also monitors supplier performance and ensures all contractual obligations are met, making it a cornerstone of operational excellence.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with organizational goals and operational needs.

  • Review and validate purchase requests for completeness and compliance with company policies.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for money.

  • Approve purchases within authorized limits and maintain accurate records of transactions.

  • Monitor supplier performance and track cost, schedule, and quality metrics for contracts and subcontracts.

  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within procurement workflows.

  • Communicate and enforce company purchasing policies and procedures across the organization.

  • Always ensure adherence to UiPath’s internal policies and compliance requirements.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within a tech company.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Commercial and financial awareness.

  • Preferred procurement tools experience (ex. Coupa)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels.

  • Collaborative, self-directed, persistent and the ability to manage frequently changing priorities and cross-functional teams and projects.
