The anticipated base salary range for this position is between the amounts in the Compensation Tier. As the Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Execution for Agentic Orchestration, you will own the end-to-end strategy that connects product innovation to customer impact. You’ll shape our competitive and market positioning and chart the path for UiPath to lead the industry in business transformation orchestrating end-to-end business processes leveraging human-AI-bot collaboration at scale.

This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role that blends strategic thinking, storytelling, execution discipline, and market insight. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem to ensure our offerings land powerfully with enterprise buyers, automation developers, and platform strategists.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own the GTM strategy for UiPath’s Agentic Orchestration portfolio, including UiPath Maestro, Case Management and developer-focused automation experiences.

  • Define product positioning, category narrative, and value propositions that differentiate us from existing and emerging AI-native orchestration players.

  • Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution, ensuring Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned, enabled, and empowered.

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth through packaging, pricing guidance, win-loss insights, and continuous GTM optimization.

  • Partner with Product Management to translate market signals into product strategy and roadmap influence.

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and developers to deeply understand needs, use cases, and ecosystem dynamics.

  • Represent UiPath externally at events, customer briefings, analyst sessions, and community engagements.

  • Develop a high-performing GTM motion, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and field readiness assets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in Product GTM leadership or Strategy roles in enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, AI, or developer platforms.

  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex platform products across global markets.

  • Deep understanding of automation, orchestration, case management, or workflow technologies and the competitive landscape.

  • Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to operate at both 30,000 feet and in the details - strategy + execution.

  • Comfort thriving in a hyper-growth, highly matrixed environment.

  • A builder’s mindset: entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and bias-for-action.
