Team Overview

The Client Success HUB Americas organization is a shared services delivery model designed to scale UiPath technical expertise, accelerate customer time to value, and ensure consistent high-quality delivery across the Americas region, including American companies with operations in India.

Based in India, the HUB India team partners closely with Client Success Directors, regional Customer Success Managers, and Product Support teams across the Americas. The HUB provides primary (designated) and engagement based Technical Account Management services focused on platform health, technical advisory, and execution excellence.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will operate as an individual contributor within this shared services model, acting as a trusted technical advisor and delivery lead for assigned customer engagements.

Your mission

As a Technical Account Manager, you will take ownership of customers’ technical success with the UiPath Platform by delivering proactive technical advisory, enable adoption, and provide overall best practice guidance.

You will help customers mature their automation programs, mitigate technical risk, and expand their understanding of what is possible with UiPath technologies, including AI powered and agentic automation capabilities.

This role emphasizes strong technical depth, customer facing engagement, and the ability to operate independently on complex environments while collaborating within a global delivery model.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Own and deliver technical success for assigned customers and engagement-based requests as part of the HUB Americas service catalog.

  • Provide proactive technical advisory to help customers design, operate, and scale their UiPath automation programs.

  • Lead and support platform related activities, including infrastructure planning, installation guidance, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.

  • Perform technical health assessments to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities across customer environments.

  • Conduct design and code reviews to validate adherence to UiPath best practices and architectural standards.

  • Enable and educate customer technical stakeholders on UiPath platform capabilities, governance, and operational excellence.

  • Support agentic automation adoption including guidance on LLM integration, orchestration patterns, and intelligent automation components where applicable.

  • Partner closely with Product Support, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to manage and resolve escalated technical issues.

  • Document recommendations, outcomes, and technical guidance to ensure continuity and scalable delivery.

Key Success Metrics

  • Technical health and stability of customer environments.

  • Quality and timeliness of engagement delivery aligned with HUB service catalog commitments.

  • Customer satisfaction and internal CSAT from regional Client Success teams.

  • Reduction of recurring incidents and technical debt through proactive advisory.

  • Contribution to improved customer adoption, maturity, and time to value.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or technical account management roles.

  • Strong programming experience with .NET or Java. Experience with Python or PowerShell is a plus.

  • Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise software deployment, infrastructure, security, and networking fundamentals.

  • Experience working in customer facing technical roles supporting complex production environments.

  • Familiarity with AI driven automation concepts including LLMs, Intelligent Document Processing, Retrieval Augmented Generation, BPMN, and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience and Differentiators

  • Hands on experience with the UiPath Platform or comparable enterprise automation technologies.

  • Exposure to shared services or global delivery models supporting multiple regions.

  • UiPath certifications or equivalent automation platform certifications.

  • Experience supporting customers across multiple industries and technology stacks.

Working Model

  • This role is based in Bangalore India and operates as part of the HUB Americas organization.

  • You will collaborate daily with global stakeholders across time zones and are expected to demonstrate flexibility, ownership, and delivery discipline.
