Your mission
PS Operations Specialist will work closely with Sales, GTMs, Delivery, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of Professional Services operational activities. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day PS operations, enabling smooth coordination across teams, and maintaining high standards of delivery and stakeholder experience.
What you'll do at UiPath
Provide operational support to internal stakeholders across Professional Services engagements.
Execute and support PS operational requests in alignment with defined guidelines and SLAs.
Collaborate with Sales, GTMs, Delivery, Project Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and handoffs.
Review and validate PS operational requests to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
Monitor and manage requests through established case management and queue mechanisms.
Resolve day-to-day operational and system-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on request status, dependencies, and timelines.
Act as a communication bridge between PS Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
Adhere to internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration within the team.
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
3–6+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, PMO, Revenue Operations, or similar operational roles.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of end-to-end PS operational workflows and execution models.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in global coverage models, including night shifts if required.
Additional Note: This role is aligned to AMER business hours and will require working in a night-shift schedule to support global stakeholders effectively.
