The anticipated base salary range for this position is between the amounts in the Compensation Tier. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Your mission

Our Marketing Analytics team at UiPath sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and decision-making. We partner closely with Marketing and Data & Analytics to ensure the right data, KPIs, and insights drive clarity, focus, supporting everything from performance measurement and reporting to system changes, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. As a lean team, we operate with high ownership, close collaboration, and direct exposure to senior stakeholders, offering a unique opportunity to work on problems that meaningfully influence how Marketing operates and grows.

What you'll do at UiPath

As an intern on our team, you'll take ownership of a real-world project spanning the full lifecycle of an analytics initiative. You won't be watching from the sidelines—you'll be driving meaningful impact through data. Your contributions will include:

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with Marketing and Data & Analytics leaders to understand business problems, define requirements, and create project plans to guide execution

  • Data Analysis: Work hands-on with datasets to analyze patterns, identify issues or opportunities, and uncover actionable insights

  • Dashboard Development: Build dashboards and analytical views using BI tools (ideally Power BI) that surface insights clearly and effectively

  • Operational Analytics: Explore how analytics can be operationalized to drive behavior and improvement, not just awareness

  • Process Design: Define workflows, follow-up mechanisms, or automation concepts that help ensure insights lead to action

  • Performance Measurement: Support reporting initiatives that track marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing to deliver analytical solutions that solve real business challenges

What you'll bring to the team

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

  • Analytical and curious mindset with a passion for solving problems through data

  • Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear narratives

  • Exposure to SQL and/or BI Tools (ideally Power BI specifically), even if just academic experience

  • Ability to work with datasets and identify patterns and insights

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to take ownership of projects from start to finish

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work across teams with diverse stakeholders

  • Excitement about using data to drive marketing strategy and business impact
