The anticipated base salary range for this position is between the amounts in the Compensation Tier. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. Your Mission
At UiPath, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent across our global organization. You will partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders of our Product and Engineering functions to develop data-driven compensation programs that align with our business objectives while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Your expertise will help UiPath maintain its position as an employer of choice in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compensation programs that support our global talent strategy and business objectives

  • Support our Product, Engineering and Corporate functions as a Compensation Business Partner

  • Analyze market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive across all regions

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop appropriate compensation packages for new hires and internal promotions

  • Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refreshes

  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure consistency and compliance

  • Provide expert guidance to managers and executives on compensation-related decisions and issues

  • Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize compensation systems and reporting capabilities

What you'll bring to the team
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in the technology sector

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation data analysis and modeling

  • Experience with Workday and BetterComp a plus

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Global compensation experience across multiple countries and regions

  • Certification in compensation management (CCP, GRP, or equivalent)
