How would you like to help the world’s largest companies transform the way they work through automation and Agentic Automation, enabling their teams to achieve more and focus on higher-value work?
As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will partner with some of UiPath’s most strategic customers to help them realize maximum value from their investment in the UiPath Platform. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers build, scale, and mature enterprise automation and agentic automation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Our TAM team advises and guides customers in designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-wide automation programs, leveraging UiPath’s technology, best practices, and expertise. We help customers accelerate adoption, establish governance, develop internal capabilities, and maximize the impact of their automation investments.
We entrust our TAMs with UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization—from technical teams to executive leadership—to drive adoption, innovation, and long-term success. Our focus is on helping customers achieve tangible business outcomes while transforming the way work gets done.
The TAM team plays a critical role throughout the customer lifecycle, from platform deployment and operational readiness to enterprise-scale adoption and continuous optimization. We coach and enable customer teams on platform best practices, governance, architecture, and delivery methodologies, helping them build sustainable, self-sufficient automation and agentic automation capabilities that deliver lasting business value.
What you'll do at UiPath
Take ownership of your customers’ success with the UiPath Platform.
Be a core member of the UiPath account team for each of your customers, accountable for technical workstreams that help customers define, execute, and accelerate adoption strategies that deliver exceptional business value.
Proactively engage and influence your customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation and agentic automation programs to help them achieve their objectives and unlock new business outcomes.
Partner with customers to identify, prioritize, and scale Agentic Automation use cases, providing guidance on architecture, governance, security, and adoption best practices.
Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and coaching as needed.
Enable your customers’ technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform and Agentic Automation best practices relevant to their automation pipelines, program objectives, environments, governance requirements, and constraints.
Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and validate best practices.
Perform technical health checks of your customers’ automation and agentic automation programs and environments, identifying risks, governance considerations, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and other subject matter experts to manage, facilitate, communicate, and bring escalated support incidents to a successful resolution.
Provide technical advisory to customers through workshops, webinars, demos, and speaking engagements, including guidance on Agentic Automation strategy, adoption, and operational readiness.
Develop and mature team processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner to continuously improve and maintain best-in-class delivery.
What you'll bring to the team
Minimum 10 years experience in software development .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell), SaaS and Cloud experience a benefit
Hands-on experience with Agentic Automation platforms, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
Ability to advise customers on Agentic Automation strategy, use case identification, adoption, and value realization.
Strong understanding of governance, security, risk and operational considerations for deploying Agentic Automation at scale.
Relevant experience in customer-facing technical account management, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles with increasing responsibility
Work experience to credibly communicate with and guide customers on diverse technical topics, including software engineering, packaging and deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering
Hands-on experience working with UiPath is preferred
Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to drive adoption and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time.
