About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design strategy and execution as an IC. You will lead the design vision across our QR code platform, digital business cards, and enterprise experiences, thinking holistically about user journeys, anticipating technical constraints, and defining design OKRs tied to revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction. This role needs not just collaboration but also being the key bridge between design, product, and engineering.

What we are looking for in our Lead Product Designer:

• Lead design execution for large projects and teams—owning complex features and a medium-to-large product area end-to-end with full rationale for all decisions.

• Define and own design OKRs for your feature area, identifying design opportunities that directly impact business metrics (revenue, growth, retention, NPS).

• Think holistically about the user journey across Uniqode’s ecosystem, anticipating technical constraints and designing for scale and coherence.

• Drive design delivery for the squad—setting realistic timelines, removing blockers, improving efficiency, and proactively mitigating risks on complex projects.

• Use advanced analytics and collaborate with data/research teams to inform strategy, validate direction, and measure the business impact of design work.

• Lead the creation of advanced visual designs, interaction patterns, and design system components that set the quality bar for the team.

• Communicate complex design ideas clearly to align product, engineering, and leadership—crafting user-centric narratives that build empathy and influence roadmap decisions.

• Actively mentor junior and mid-level designers, and define and implement design processes and workflows for the squad.

What we expect from you:

• 6-9 years of Product/UX design experience with demonstrated leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.

• A portfolio showing strategic design leadership: vision work, complex system design, and measurable business outcomes.

• Advanced visual and interaction design skills—able to set and elevate the craft standard for the team.

• Deep expertise in design systems: building, scaling, governing component libraries, tokens, and documentation.

• Strong experience with analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, Data analytics) to drive data-informed design strategy.

• Proven ability to define design OKRs, connect design outcomes to business metrics, and communicate impact to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent cross-functional communication—able to align product, engineering, and leadership on complex design strategies.

• Track record of mentoring designers and shaping team culture, processes, and ways of working.

• Experience designing complex, data-rich B2B interfaces: dashboards, workflows, admin tools, and multi-surface experiences.

• Fluency with emerging design tools, AI-assisted workflows and tools (Claude, Cursor and lovable) and a mindset of continuous process improvement.
