What we are looking for in our SEO Lead:

Strategy Development

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy that aligns with the latest trends to maximize organic traffic and search engine ranking.

• Increase organic search visibility for multi-language websites in various regions.

Content Optimization

• Oversee content optimization to enhance user experience and support advanced keyword targeting.

• Implement progressive on-page optimization strategies.

Technical SEO

• Lead technical SEO initiatives to optimize the website for search engine crawling, indexing, and rendering.

• Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices and address technical issues.

Analytics and Reporting

• Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and report key SEO performance metrics.

• Provide reports detailing the impact of SEO initiatives on organic traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.

Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends

• Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates, regularly refining strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO with the broader business strategy.

• Establish SEO implementation frameworks across teams.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of SEO analysts, fostering collaboration and staying updated with SEO trends.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2-3 years in a B2B SaaS. Prior team management experience is a must.

• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for data analysis and decision-making. Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.

• Demonstrated willingness to stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
