About The Opportunity
Hybrid working environment (4 days in the office in San Francisco)
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, your role is to lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth, scalability, and operational efficiency by streamlining go-to-market processes and optimizing sales operations. You will partner with key teams to design and implement strategies that enhance performance, productivity, and predictability, while leveraging data and technology to support business objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives that enhance growth, scalability, and predictability in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on rules of engagement, bookings policies, and sales processes.
- Oversee core go-to-market processes such as sales forecasting, territory management, and SDR-to-Sales handoffs.
- Design, prioritize, and manage the process and technical roadmap to support go-to-market strategies and motions.
- Use SFDC to implement and enforce processes; gather high-quality data to make improvements and relieve bottlenecks.
- Leverage data and technology to improve sales performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Support Revenue Operations activities including deal closing support, quarterly business reviews (QBR), Board reporting, and managing user requests.
About you:
- Proven success in a similar role at a fast-growing or mid-sized company.
- Solution-oriented and disciplined, with an ownership mentality and a focus on delivering results.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales and go-to-market (GTM) processes, including sales playbooks, Command of the Message/MEDDPICC frameworks, and handoff processes.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Chorus, Clay, zoominfo and other sales operations platforms.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to scaling environments.
- Experience with additional systems and tools, such as Looker, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
- Hands-on admin experience with SFDC to implement and maintain processes.
- Knowledge of sales compensation tools, forecasting tools, automation, and revenue intelligence platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing scalable processes and driving operational improvements across sales and revenue operations.
