The Team:

Reporting directly to the CMO, the VP Marketing, Demand will lead our demand generation efforts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This role is critical in driving growth by ensuring our teams effectively create a robust, clean, and healthy pipeline across all regions. In this role you will oversee digital marketing, field marketing, and campaign management, building and executing a strategy that aligns with our global growth objectives. You will foster collaboration across the marketing, BDR, and sales teams to build an integrated, seamless approach to demand generation.

Job Summary:

The VP Marketing, Demand will lead our demand generation efforts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This role is critical in driving growth by ensuring our teams effectively create a robust, clean, and healthy pipeline across all regions. As VP Marketing, Demand, you will oversee digital marketing, field marketing, and campaign management, building and executing a strategy that aligns with our global growth objectives. You will foster collaboration across the marketing, BDR, and sales teams to build an integrated, seamless approach to demand generation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that includes digital demand generation, target marketing, and Account-Based Experiences (ABX) tailored to each region and segment.

  • Team Management: Lead digital marketing, field marketing, and campaign management teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring alignment with UserTesting’s growth goals and driving a high-performance culture.

  • Pipeline Generation: Ensure every seller, across new business and existing customer accounts, has a sufficient and qualified pipeline, supporting consistent revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with senior GTM stakeholders to build alignment across marketing, BDRs, and sales, ensuring a cohesive and well-integrated approach to demand generation.

  • Process Implementation: Implement and optimize structured processes for digital demand generation, target marketing, and ABX across diverse regions and customer segments.

  • Silo Elimination: Champion a culture of collaboration, breaking down silos within the demand center, marketing teams, and the broader GTM organization to ensure seamless information sharing and a unified approach.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in demand generation.

  • Experience in other marketing functions, sales, or GTM functions.

  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on achieving pipeline growth and driving revenue.

  • Strong background in digital demand generation, targeted marketing, ABX, and cross-functional alignment within the GTM ecosystem.

  • Deep understanding of GTM systems and tools, including but not limited to, Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense, Mutiny, CaliberMind, Asana, and HighSpot.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

  • Up to 20% global travel required
