The Opportunity
We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Product Enablement Lead to join us on a 12-month contract. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge on driving internal readiness and adoption of UserTesting’s latest innovations. Sitting at the heart of product, enablement, and marketing, you’ll architect and lead a scalable, engaging product training program that empowers our go-to-market teams to confidently position and sell new offerings.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, loves building things from the ground up, and has a passion for helping teams succeed through learning.
The Team
You’ll be joining our Enablement function and will lead a small, mighty team of two talented Product Trainers. We’re a remote-first team, partnering closely with Product, Sales Enablement, and Marketing colleagues across time zones. Our mission is to ensure customer-facing teams are informed, inspired, and equipped to deliver compelling product narratives.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who can confidently lead and roll up their sleeves. If most of this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:
Extensive experience (10+ years) in product enablement, product marketing, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring enablement or training teams
A track record of building scalable, self-paced training programs from the ground up
Strong instructional design and storytelling skills that make complex topics easy and engaging
Familiarity with Highspot or similar enablement platforms
Confident leading cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement
Sharp project management and organizational skills—you keep things on track without dropping the ball
Experience leading enablement efforts for major product launches
Deep understanding of sales motions, the buyer’s journey, and what effective readiness looks like
