JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT-
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
● 4 to 5 years of experience of handling Mechanical, Electrical and Piping works in
heavy to medium industrial construction works.
● Knowledge of Mechanical Fabrication, Erection, Bolted / Welded Structures.
● Ability to forecast the delays at site and prepare control plans for mitigation of delay.
● Ability to estimate the resources required for the work.
● Strong analytical skills and hand on experience on planning of Mechanical,
Electrical and Piping activities in Green Field / Brown Field Projects.
● Knowledge of Costing and Billing.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD.
● Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
● Knowledge of Quality and Safety standards followed in Industrial Constructions.
● Familiarity with codes & standards (IS, ASME, BS, EN, IEC).
● Knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, electrical distribution systems
● Experience on NDT Methods
● Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
JOB LOCATION - PAN INDIA
JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Deputation at Site for expediting the Mechanical, Electrical & Piping activities at site
and monitoring the progress of works.
- Understanding of BOQ’s of Client, ensuring the completion of works as per the
scope of works in the contract.
- Monitoring resource planning at site.
- Controller between Client and Contractor for raising the issues on both ends.
- Program implementation and progress tracking at site.
- Trouble shooting the Site issues and highlighting the delays to clients with
preventive measures and pro-active actions.
- Follow-ups with client contractor project Manager / Owner during delays if any are
encountered during execution.
- Monitoring of Costing and Billing works at site and pushing both Client and
Contractor to pay/submit the bill on time as per agreed in the contract.
- Create good relationships with the Contractor and provide transparency to the
Client about the progress of works at Project site.
- Monitor Procurement schedules of the Contractor and Supplier commitments.
- Work closely with procurement, site engineers, and project managers to align
deliveries with installation schedules.
- Support commissioning teams by ensuring readiness of critical equipment.
