You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing great talent across Engineering, Product, and Business, mainly in Brazil, but also in other of our locations as needed.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience, utilizing tooling such as GoodTime, and leading your processes with humanity, warmth, empathy, and kindness
• Monitoring data and using it to drive decision-making
• Partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers with a forward-thinking, partnership-driven approach

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced tech company, particularly in technical-focused roles (such as Product & Engineering)
• Great English and communication skills
• The ability to identify and engage awesome talent, always striving to provide an excellent candidate experience
• The confidence to suggest and lead on initiatives but the emotional intelligence to know when to agree and commit
• A sense of urgency and persistence to keep processes moving forward
• A data-driven and business mindset
• Honest and collaborative with a team-first approach
