You will be helping users get the most out of Veriff by providing them tips, solutions, and guidance. To be successful, you should be an excellent communicator who earns our clients’ trust by understanding their problems and resolving them with grace.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Responding to clients’ technical and general queries on all support channels quickly and professionally
- Working closely with Technical Support Team to be able to find fixes for reported bugs
- Analyzing clients’ issues and feedback to be able to suggest improvements to our clients and keep our Knowledge Base up to date
- Discussing customer issues and feedback with various teams in order to improve the product

- Are proactive and always find processes that could be improved
- Are solution-oriented
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team
