As a Senior Data Analyst – Operations & Analytics, you’ll be the strategic analytical partner to our Internal Operations leadership. You’ll take on some of Veriff’s most mission-critical challenges — supporting operational excellence, scaling verification processes, and uncovering insights that shape how we grow.
This is a strategic high-impact role. You’ll help elevate how data is used in our Ops organization — not just to describe what’s happening, but to shape what should happen next.

Your Impact
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Empowering Internal Operations, including Verification Operations and QA leadership with dashboards, alerts, and decision-ready insights
- Define and monitor KPIs that capture efficiency, quality, and throughput across verification workflows
- Identifying performance bottlenecks, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Designing proactive analyses that support SLA adherence
- Building self-serve analytics capabilities and defining scalable, trusted operational metrics used across the company
- Onboarding and coaching stakeholders in data fluency across non-analyst roles
- Representing the analytical voice in cross-functional operations initiatives
Your Day-to-Day
- Own dashboards that track real-time and historical performance (e.g. queue size, verification time, failure rates)
- Conduct deep dives into key issues (e.g. error spikes, customer service performance, session time)
- Collaborate with Verification and QA Leads to build scalable, actionable reporting structures
- Create alerting systems to flag anomalies early and ensure SLA risks are escalated promptly
- Ensure high data quality and consistency in metric definitions across tools and teams
- Partner with Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers to enhance internal BI infrastructure
You’re a Great Fit If You...
- Have 4+ years of experience in analytics
- Are highly skilled in SQL and have a working knowledge of Python, with a strong drive to grow further
- Can turn analytical complexity into clarity — visually and verbally (e.g. in Tableau)
- Know how to align data initiatives with stakeholder needs and operational outcomes
- Have a track record of proactive problem-solving, not just reactive reporting
- Thrive in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments
- Bring empathy, curiosity, and a user-focused mindset to cross-functional collaboration
Bonus Points If You...
- Have experience with dbt or similar modern data tooling
- Have led the development of analytics solutions for large-scale Ops or service teams
- Have advanced Tableau skills for storytelling and dashboard design
- Have driven workforce planning or supported large-scale service operations
- Have strong Python skills
