You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them build high-performing, engaged, and resilient teams. As a People Business Partner, you’ll connect our global people strategy with local execution — ensuring our employees are supported, our leaders are empowered, and our organization continues to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
- Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates.
- Collaborating on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth.
- Coaching managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Serving as a key contact for employee relations and complex case management, ensuring fairness and compliance with European labor laws.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience.
- Translating people metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- 6+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related strategic HR roles, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments (e.g., tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations).
- Expert knowledge of Estonian legislation (essential) and other European legal frameworks (preferred), with proven experience managing complex employee relations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive meaningful change.
- An exceptional ability to build relationships, paired with the communication skills needed to coach leaders and influence at all levels.
- A high level of comfort working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English (required) and Estonian (preferred).
- A curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguity and taking initiative to create impact.
Location:
Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid - has to be commutable to the office at least 2-3 times per week)
