Information about the position
Are you ready to take on the role of a Service Manager with focus on Atlassian products within IT Domain? This is a pivotal position that combines service management with technical expertise, strategic vision, leadership, and excellent communication skills. We need someone who can not only manage but also innovate, ensuring our Atlassian products are leveraged to their fullest potential.
You would be primarily responsible for the successful use of our wide Atlassian product portfolio within the organization. In this role you will collaborate with other specialists to streamline processes around Knowledge Management, Support, and Project & Task Management.

In this position, you’ll
- Drive strategic direction: define and oversee the strategic roadmap for our Atlassian products, ensuring alignment with internal goals and objectives.
- Optimize product usage: ensure that our Atlassian tools are being utilized effectively across the organization while also defining and tracking KPIs related to Atlassian product usage.
- Implement new (or alter existing) processes: develop and implement new processes, including ITIL practices and knowledge management initiatives, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: lead the change management process, working closely with Atlassian Admins in other teams.
- Training and development: develop and deliver training programs (e.g. via internal or external resources) for users to maximize their proficiency with Atlassian products and related processes.
- Enhance collaboration: foster collaboration across different teams by integrating Atlassian products seamlessly with other tools and systems in use.
- Performance measurement: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Atlassian product usage and process implementation.
About you
- You are passionate and proactive, with enthusiasm and a proactive approach to making continuous improvements.
- You bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of industry trends.
- You possess strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and overseeing project initiatives related to Atlassian product implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- You can clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- You thrive on solving complex problems and can navigate challenges with a strategic mindset.
- You have previous technical or product management experience working with Atlassian products. Experience with other tools (e.g. Service Now) is also valued.
- You are familiar with or are certified in IT Service Management methodologies & processes, such as ITIL.

Hybrid Work
We’ve adopted a hybrid workplace model where 2 days in the office are recommended but not enforced. It’s up to you and your team to decide on the exact days you’ll spend working together in person.

The salary range for this position is € 4,817 - € 6,517 gross per month.
