Information about the position

The localisation team at Vinted is responsible for localising Web and App UI, marketing materials, legal and customer support content into 20+ languages and counting.

As a Localisation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless localisation of our platforms and for delivering a native experience to our global members. You will work with internal stakeholders and language resources to manage localisation requests from request creation to job completion.

The ideal candidate has a background in project management or content localisation, good communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and strives in a multicultural and high-paced environment.

In this position, you’ll

  • Manage Vinted’s end-to-end localisation projects and medium-sized initiatives, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, vendors and other departments.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including schedule, budget, quality, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure localised content's accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness. You’ll execute quality control processes and ensure adherence to project-specific requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of localisation-led initiatives, contributing to developing best practices and process improvements.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining localisation documentation, style guides, glossaries, and other reference materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across products and languages.
  • Support the localisation budgeting process on the project level.
  • Contribute to selecting, onboarding, and managing resources and their capacity, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver projects within established timelines.

About you

  • Have a number of years experience as a Localisation Project Manager or Content Localisation in a fast-paced role.
  • Can work on a project basis, working efficiently and switching quickly between activities.
  • Good knowledge of a CAT tool, preferably Phrase TMS.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English. Fluency in at least one non-English language, especially one Vinted support, is a strong advantage.
  • Accurate, organised, and able to work under pressure.
  • Have a basic understanding of the engineering and software development processes.

The salary range for this position is 2,283 - €3,083 gross per month.
