Information about the position
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Programs Team Lead who will play a pivotal role in steering our customer relationship strategies to new heights. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision, tactical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this position, you’ll
- Lead and mentor the CRM team, promoting a culture focused on excellence, teamwork, and ongoing improvement. Assess and implement necessary adjustments within the team, aligning them with the broader business objectives.
- Ensure the effective management and development of both day-to-day operations and lifecycle communications which are data-driven and measurable.
- Implement highly automated campaigns to cope with the growth of the business and increase the success of sellers and buyers on our platform globally.
- Contribute to long-term customer growth strategies while leading immediate initiatives to enhance value.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration within the company to enhance CRM initiatives. Serve as a sparring partner to peers in Data Science & Analytics, Product, and Design, contributing to a culture of collaborative working.
- Lead the implementation of segmented approaches, embracing test-and-learn methodologies and involving key stakeholders in the process.
- Take responsibility for CRM channel performance, ensuring the health and effectiveness of CRM KPIs.
- Report on CRM performance to the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Act as a CRM ambassador, educating other departments and actively contributing to projects requiring CRM input.
- Lead by example by seeking feedback, providing impactful guidance to the team, and continuously learning to stay ahead in the CRM field.
About you
- You have a minimum of +7 years of relevant work experience in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing and/or existing customer management, ideally in a fast growing E-commerce environment.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in leading teams in a similar position and have learned to create strong teams which you lead by example with your enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, preferably Braze.
- A solid understanding of data and segmentation methodologies plus A/B testing experience.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve current processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable CRM strategies.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects or campaigns.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
