Information about the position
As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a Junior Financial Data Analyst within the Financial Planning & Procurement area. In this role, you’ll be supporting the function with analytical insights. If you enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions, this position could be the right fit for you.
Please note, this is a maternity cover for 2 years.
In this position, you’ll
- Compile monthly reports and suggest improvements
- Analyze budgets and actual costs to maintain control of expenditures
- Execute regular budget tracking and review process with business units
- Propose KPIs, analysis and insights to support business stakeholders in decision making
- Seek for opportunities to improve Financial Planning and budgeting tracking process
- Support on ad-hoc financial and strategic projects
About you
- Have at least 2 years of experience in finance data analyst, financial planning and cost control or similar
- Proven understanding of accounting and knowledge in common controlling methods and models
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good at turning financial data into key messages to cross-functional teams, including those who are not quantitative or technical
- Have good organizational skills with the ability to manage fast-paced, dynamic environment and multiple deliverables
- Self starter able to work independently and deliver change on a timely basis
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
- Curious, proactive in your approach to learning and execution, creative problem-solver
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, experience with ERP system, Netsuite is an advantage
- Having worked with financial planning tool (e.g. Pigment, Anaplan) is an advantage

The salary range for this position is € 44,200 - € 59,800 gross per year.
