Information about the position

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Payments Platform team that is being established right now. This team is first of its kind and will be working closely with the product team but also other domains to streamline the technology strategy. The team will consist of Backend Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and Information Security Engineers (ISEs) to enhance the reliability, security, and efficiency of our payment services. In this position Engineering Manager will be acting as a single threaded leader for the team, owning backlog, managing stakeholder and the team itself.

  • Champion cross-team technical initiatives fostering innovation
  • Provide necessary developer tools to enhance engineering efficiency
  • Maintain consistency in service structure across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with other Engineering leads to bring continuous improvements and take our Engineering organisation to a new level

About you

  • Possess extensive hands-on engineering experience, including coding, or substantial leadership experience within engineering teams, alongside a strong understanding of engineering concepts.

Hybrid Work
