Information about the position
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimising our performance channels, driving efforts to acquire and engage users. You’ll become part of our dynamic Performance Channel team—a group of eight talented marketers who are dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving remarkable results.
In this role, you won’t just be executing strategies; you’ll be crafting them from the ground up. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering profitable growth, someone who thrives on being hands-on and proactive. Your expertise in data analysis, multi-channel marketing, and strategic planning will be crucial as you work closely with our Data Science team to optimise budgets and fine-tune attribution models.
In this position, you’ll
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage, optimise, and report on campaigns across various channels including APP, SEM, social media advertising, and display networks.
- Conduct in-depth campaign performance analyses, leveraging large datasets to detect trends, uncover insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Continuously refine our measurement approaches, ensuring accurate and comprehensive tracking and attribution of our performance campaigns.
- Lead collaborative, cross-functional projects with different teams, including reach, influencer, creatives, strategy, and product teams.
- Make data-driven decisions and recommendations; convey the information to the stakeholders and support the budgeting planning.
- Utilise marketing automation tools for campaign management and optimisation.
- Monitor and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Plan and strategise your market objectives, budget and cross-team projects.
About you
- Experience in managing, expanding and scaling multiple paid acquisition channels.
- In-depth knowledge of App marketing, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and a work smart not hard attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Extra European language is a plus.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
