Information about the position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create, coordinate, and execute culturally relevant events and initiatives, as well as projects related to the employee experience, within Vinted. This will enhance employee sense of belonging & engagement and drive community impact.

In this position, you’ll

  • Lead and oversee the seamless execution of live and / or hybrid events of varying scope and size, from planning to completion. Fully own diverse events across Vinted hubs (Vilnius, Kaunas, Amsterdam, Berlin). Develop and manage the entire event workflow, including timelines, schedules, communication, and negotiations with partners. Coordinate efficient project execution, with the assistance of external event agencies where needed.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders such as the People Team, Design & Brand Teams, IT, InfoSecurity, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of events and engagement initiatives with the overarching strategy and company goals. Advise and assist other teams across the organization with independently managed event planning.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas that support and advance People Team strategy and other business objectives.
  • Engage and seek feedback from diverse audiences to continuously improve, using a strategic mix of quantitative and qualitative insights. Prepare and present reports and analyses in various formats.
  • Serve as the key on-site coordinator during company-wide events to ensure successful execution.
  • Own and maintain workplace experience-related policies (e.g., Business Travel, Team Buildings & Offsites) and ensure they reflect the evolving needs of employees and the business. Manage assigned other workplace experience projects.
  • Maintain assigned Workplace Engagement budget areas with a clear ROI/data rationale, including forecasting and planning, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending ways to optimize spending.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event and employee engagement.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in event organization community management, including managing live and hybrid events, with international event management experience as a bonus.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, owning, and implementing medium to high-complexity projects with key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian, able to build relationships and pitch ideas effectively.
  • Innovative thinker with a solution-focused mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems and make informed decisions in multifaceted situations.
  • Internationally oriented, inclusive mindset with experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Curious, self-directed learner and an enthusiastic team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.

The salary range for this position is 2,833 - € 3,833 gross per month.
