Information about the position

Working in the IT Support Team, you’ll be working alongside other team members in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vilnius who look after our Vinted offices across Europe. Team aim’s to make sure that the whole organization operates securely and efficiently, and that Vinted employees are supported with the best possible IT Equipment and Software for their role.

In this position, you’ll:

  • Be the voice of our IT service, delivering IT Support to our internal colleagues with broader, international IT Support team
  • Make an impact on our IT systems by contributing to different initiatives in both software and hardware
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and take responsibility for their implementation
  • Look after Vinted’s IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely across teams, with the shared goal of providing the best service

About you:

  • A strong willingness to learn, master new technologies, and grasp new concepts
  • Practical experience administering different operating systems (primarily macOS) and hardware
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in IT Admin/Customer Support is an advantage
  • Interest in managing Atlassian is an advantage

The salary range for this position is € 1,790 - € 2,500 gross per month.
