Information about the position

Are you passionate about continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and leading with innovation? At VGo CS Operations, we are on a mission to ensure shipping claims procedures are handled with the highest quality and efficiency. Our team plays a crucial role in maximizing compensation retrievals from carriers, improving communication with stakeholders, and supporting Marketplace CS teams in launching new carrier services. We are looking for a strong leader who can build motivation, inspire confidence, and drive real change.

As Vinted’s new Manager for VGo CS Operations, you’ll be directly responsible for the delivery of set results, growth and development of your team members. You’ll be a role model for your team, demonstrating your core values and strong leadership skills within the dedicated team.

You’ll be reporting to the Director of VGo Community Support, and working alongside other Team Managers, overlooking different Shipping Carriers’ performance and service quality.

By driving operational excellence in your own team and in very close collaboration with other Shipping teams at Vinted, you’ll be directly contributing to the mission of the whole Member Support department.

In this position, you’ll

  • Proactively address challenges, removing roadblocks to help the team succeed
  • Contribute to shaping and scaling operations, constantly looking for ways to optimise resources, workflows and tools
  • Set goals for and effectively manage your team’s performance
  • Take ownership of achieving the set Support efficiency and quality targets and support the team in driving impact
  • Strengthen internal and external partnerships through effective collaboration flows and regular feedback
  • Successfully run market and Carrier specific operations & necessary improvements
  • Co-own and drive improvements to Carrier policies and procedures for shipping network support related topics
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment
  • Scale and apply company-wide tools and practices of People Growth & Development, scaling and demonstrating Vinted's culture and values
