Information about the position

Vinted Ads Network (VAN) is growing rapidly, scaling across markets as more brands and agencies invest in high-impact, commerce-driven media solutions. With increasing demand from UK media agencies and expanding advertising capabilities, we are looking for an ambitious Agency Sales Manager to own and grow our UK agency partnerships and contribute directly to VAN’s continued growth.

As an UK Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving advertising agency partnerships and growth in the UK market. You will lead key agency relationships, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns across multiple channels. You will be a core member of the Ad Sales team, which manages relationships with media agencies and advertisers across the globe, optimising partnerships to maximise performance. You will report to the Team Lead of Ad Sales and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and product. Your role will focus on ensuring high-quality service, smooth campaign delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives to strengthen agency relationships.

In this position, you’ll

  • Manage all UK agency relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and grow a pipeline of agency clients, driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Create campaign proposals, sales strategies, and reports tailored to the UK market.
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure smooth delivery with internal teams.
  • Communicate regularly with agencies to align on goals, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Monitor agency performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Keep track of agency activity, pipeline, and reporting.
  • Participate in strategic planning and product roadmaps planning.
  • Sign long-term trading agreements with agencies.

About you

  • Have 3+ years of proven experience in agency sales or media sales in the UK; advantage: if you are currently or have worked within top 6 networks media agency.
  • Strong understanding of the UK advertising and media landscape.
  • Comfortable managing multiple agency accounts independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; advantage: other European languages.
  • Care deeply about client relationships and delivering results.
  • Skilled at negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Strong at communicating performance marketing results metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, Conversions, Incrementality).
  • Fluent in communicating brand marketing metrics (Ad Recall, Brand Lift, Reach, Frequency, Brand Consideration, Share of Voice, Engagement Rate, Viewability).
  • Well-versed in digital advertising tools, platforms, and campaign management.
  • Have worked with some of the third-party ad measurements tools: ad verification (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT), Brand Lift Studies, conversion attribution tracking (Impact, Adjust, Partnerize, Rakuten, Awin).
  • Advantage: Experience in programmatic or performance advertising.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with managing UK agency accounts for international brands.
