Information about the position
This role strengthens our Talent Acquisition delivery by owning sourcing and early candidate engagement for a defined set of roles. The overall goal is to build sustainable pipelines, improve hiring outcomes through market insight, and ensure an efficient, high-quality recruitment process.
Note. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract initially. There may be an opportunity for the position to be made permanent in the future, depending on business needs.
In this position, you’ll
- Join and actively contribute to role kick‑off calls with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers, helping clarify hiring needs and search strategies for harder-to-fill or more niche profiles
- Post and maintain job ads across selected markets and platforms, ensuring clear, consistent and attractive messaging
- Act as the main contact for candidates for your assigned roles, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience
- Review CVs and run initial qualification calls if needed, sharing clear recommendations with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers
- Shape sourcing strategies for your roles by proactively sourcing candidates, building structured longlists, and continuously refining your search based on data and feedback.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for the roles we hire for regularly
- Reach out to sourced candidates and either engage them for initial conversations with TA Specialists or run the initial conversations yourself.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for your roles, making sure all parties are aligned and prepared
- Own market research and reporting for your areas, proactively generating and sharing actionable insights with the team.
- Take ownership of parts of TA projects – for example, employer branding activities, candidate experience improvements, or testing new tool
About you
- You have hands‑on experience in recruitment, sourcing, TA support, or HR with a clear interest in Talent Acquisition
- You are confident working with tools like LinkedIn, an Applicant Tracking System, calendars, and spreadsheets, and you learn new systems quickly
- You’re organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and tasks at the same time
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and speaking
- You enjoy engaging with candidates and building relationships with TA colleagues and Hiring Managers
- You are proactive, curious, and like researching and finding the right people across different platforms
- You’re a supportive team player who also feels comfortable taking ownership and suggesting improvements

The salary range for this position is € 2,575 - € 3,492 gross per month.
