Job Description

Role:

As an Offline Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline marketing campaigns that promote the VIRGIO brand, engage with local communities, and drive brand awareness. Your role will be integral in shaping VIRGIO’s presence in traditional media, events, and experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience, including print advertising, outdoor media, events, activations, and sponsorships.
  • Brand Awareness & Promotion: Increase brand visibility and engagement through creative and impactful offline marketing tactics. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling messaging and visuals for campaigns.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of offline events, pop-ups, product launches, and brand activations to engage with customers and generate buzz around the brand.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and secure local partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand presence in key markets, including retail partnerships, fashion shows, and community events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for offline marketing initiatives, assess competitor activities, and track customer preferences to refine strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the offline marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources across all initiatives, ensuring ROI for each campaign.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the digital marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that offline marketing initiatives complement broader marketing strategies and align with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns, provide regular reports on key metrics (e.g., event attendance, media reach, brand awareness), and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in offline or traditional marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with event planning and brand activations.
  • Experience working with consumer-first brands such as Nykaa, Myntra, AJIO, Lifestyle, or similar is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the fashion industry.
