Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints across chat, email, calls, and social media
  • Provide accurate, timely responses and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document customer feedback and recurring issues
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on product features, policies, and processes
  • Follow internal SOPs and adhere to assigned shift timings
  • Contribute to a knowledge-sharing and solution-focused team culture

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any regional language would be an advantage.
  • Should have experience in handling frontline issue
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Should be flexible working over weekends and night shifts if required.
  • Constant learner, proactive, and follows up when things don't get resolved
  • Typing speed of 80 words per minute
