Role Summary

Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting fashion products, and support store operations to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Promote current offers and new arrivals
• Manage stock replenishment and maintain product displays
• Process payments, returns, and refunds accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of fashion trends and products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team player with attention to detail
